- Celsius/Fahrenheit Temperature unit switching: 1. Turn on the box. 2. Press and hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds until a "beep" sound is heard. 3. Use the up ⮝ and down ⮟ keys to adjust C/F (C stands for Celsius, F stands for Fahrenheit). 4. Press and hold the "SET" button for 5 seconds. After the setting is completed (the C/F indicator light on the instrument panel lights up to indicate the corresponding C/F temperature unit)
- Heating temperature and heating time settings: 1. Press the “SET” button. Display SP 2. Press the “up⮝” increase temperature and “down⮟” Reduce the temperature 3. Press the “SET” button again. Set time 4. Press the “up⮝” increase time and “down⮟”Reduce the time 5. Press the “SET” button again to return to the standby heating state. 6. (If there is no countdown function) Press the “down⮟” button, it will automatically count down. Press the “down⮟” button again to stop the countdown.
