Infants 1 to 6 months of age: 1 tsp (5 mL). Children 6 months and older: 2 tsp (10 mL). Adults: 2 tbsp (30 mL). SHAKE WELL. May be taken directly using the dispenser included, or in a baby bottle with water or juice. May be given up to six times in a 24 hour period.
