The Government of the Republic of Rwanda hosted the Seventh African Rift Geothermal Conference (ARGeo-C7) in partnership with UN Environment, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs Iceland, Directorate for International Development Cooperation (MFA-ICEIDA), The Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR), the Geothermal Training Programme of the United Nations University (UNU-GTP), African Union Commission (AUC), and the African Regional Branch (ARB).

6-7 November 2022: The Field Trip
The ARGeo-C7 conference provided an excellent opportunity for national, regional, and international exhibitors—including independent power producers, business professionals, development partners, government institutions, manufacturers, and individuals—to showcase their technology and products/services. The conference also offered an opportunity to establish relationships and raise the profile of exhibitors’ and sponsors’ companies in the region.
